T'pache

| We love pineapples and when we came across Tepache, it was clear what had to be done. Tepache was originally a fermented pineapple beverage from South America. We wanted a more inclusive recipe, and so, set out to redesign this fabled drink. Beginning with a sharp citric bite that then melts into a bright-apple-flavor, that ends in a refreshing warm cinnamon.
